What an Insane month I have had.  Its been fun but a whirl wind.  Well it looks like the last entry was about our bear infested camp out.  Which I was so grateful he didnt try and get into my tent and hurt my children! As a side note I WILL NEVER AGAIN KEEP FOOD IN MY TENT… Now I have personal knowledge on why they say to hand your food in a tree.

We left for utah 2 days after coming home, nothing like vacations back to back.  It turned out to be a great trip.  We started out it Murray with Josh’s Family.  It was a lot of fun and very rewarding to share Juice Plus them and help them build a healthy foundation.  This was very exciting for me.  It was the first time I was able to share it.  We celebrated Josh’s birthday while at his moms.  We went to the Hogle Zoo.  That seems to be our new tradition =0)  The kids had a blast.  They love daddies birthday. 

After 3 days we headed to Orem to see my brother.  He has two daughters who are around my childrens ages and they just love to play with each other.  It was fun but a little crazy we had 5 kids aging 5,4,3,2,1.  You can image all the fun we had.  Then we came home and the very next it was time for Jonah to start his pre school, school trips. 

Jonah is so excited to start kindergarten.  Yesterday was actually his first day.  He couldnt wait it took forever for it to be time.  I think his most exciting moment was the bus ride home.  He jumped off the bus so excited saying “I got to sit by Allen” his cousin ” and he shard a whole bunch of pokeman cars so I can trade like everyone else.”  He had such a great time, he was so ready and loving every minute.

This week as been so insane.  I planned with my sister in law tracy two wellness presentations next week for juice plus so I have been working on getting invitation out and taking care of jonahs school, I teach on sunday so I have been trying to find time to work on that as well as well as going to a Juice Plus conference.  Last nights conference was really good, but I wasnt able to work on my wellness presentation or my lesson so I am a little ahh on the time crunch.  Also in my spare time I have been spending a lot of time on craigslist posting adds for daycare employment.  Its looking really good.

I have been communicating with several families but I think I found the family I am going to work with.  She is coming over this morning for an interview.  Hopefully everything goes well.  She wants care  5 days a week but only from 8:30 - 1:30 which is so nice.  Jonahs school starts at 12:55pm so I can take him to school come home and he would go home. Leaving my afternoon free for myself and my younger children who arent able to go to school yet.  I really like the schedule so I hope everything fits and we like each other and we both feel comfortable with each other.  We will see =0)

Like I said its been a crazy week.

Once my lesson comes and goes on sunday and next weeks presentations are done things should dye down again.  Isnt it crazy how you either have nothing to do or way to much to do.  It never seems to balance itself out.

We went camping last night and the kids had a blast.  It was a fast trip arriving around 5 pm and coming home the next day, this morning at 10am.   The kids had a blast.  They especially loved using there laterns and running around in the dark.  The cutest thing was Josie. She still sleeps in a crib at home but  I forget to bring the pack n play so I figured well we will just try it and see.  So we get in our test.  The boys climb in there bed.  We use two queen air mattresses.  One for Josh and I and other for the boys and usually josies pack n play.  Well this time since I didnt have it like I mentioned we made her a little bed in her spot instead.  We read are books and say our goodnights and do lights out.  Josie is up down all around going from my bed waving and saying “ni-ni”  like only a one year old can. then she would go to the boys’ bed and say “ni-ni” jump up and down, giggle and just so thrilled that she could get out of bed.  It us approx a half hour to get her to relax and actually lay down.  Let alone fall alseep. The kids seemed to have a great time.  We came home and took baths and the kids looked like they had been camping for weeks.  I dont think I could have convinced anyone that they got that dirty so fast. =0)  

Well today came and today went and I am so excited to tell everyone that…. I AM STILL ALIVE =0)  So get this.  I wake up life is normal I get bored I call Krystal… ring ring ring.. ” hey krystal, its kristi.. can I come hang out…. oh sure she says”  This 8 45 am … I load all 3 of the kids into the car put the key in the ignition.. and NOTHING… ohh man what in the world.  so I still wanted to go to Krystals so I got out the bikes and strollers… I guess a dead mini van is good for something =0) 

Later that day around 430 pm I decided I needed to do something about my dead car and asked my best neighbor in the world Kristi if she could help give me a jump.  She came over and we started working on it.  To make a long story short.  1 hour later and 3 neighbors later we get my car started… holy cow this was not suppose to be so difficult.  I take my car over to checkers buy a new battery and he comes out to help me install it.  45 minutes later he gives up.  my bolts are stripped and corroded and he cant get the battery out. 

I walk over to firestone which happened to be next door to see if they would help me and what did they tell me… ohh so rude… They would not help me NOT EVEN FOR MONEY … unless I bought there battery.  So I said Ok I will go return the other and have you do it. .  I am getting no where with a dead car.  I said can you help me get my car over here.  Again the checkers guy was trying to jump me and the car for some stupid reason wont respond.  They said no, you are responsible for the getting the vehicle to the drive way.  YOU ARE KIDDING ME.  I am one parking lot away a total of probably 100 steps at most.  NO HELP?!?! Eventually the checkers guy and I get the car started.. took about 30 minutes… stupid stupid car.. I drive it across the street to greese monkey, there was no way I was going to firestone after such rude customer service… oh to top it… My gas light is on as I am running out of gas, all of my electronics are going wacko and my car is sputtering… I am just praying I make it accross the street before it gives out.  So I get to greese monkey… 5 minutes before closing time OF COURSE. I plead my case for some help .. a pathetic looking mommy with 3 very hungry children and a very stubborn car.  Anyways these greese monkey guys finish up the last 2 oil changes… the business is officially closed and they stayed and helped my get my battery out.  not only they cleaned all the gunk off my connector things and re assemble my car, even putting on this painty stuff to help prevent gunk in the futur.  This little process I just described took about an  hour or so .  It took him a really long time to get those stupid screws out…  He finishes and I thanked him and asked what I owed him.  He said nothing.  Not to worry about.  WHAT A DIFFERENCE FROM FIRESTONE.  What a nice human being.  Anways long story short I am so thankful for people who are so selfless and willing to help a person like me who clearly didnt have a clue what to do on her own . AND shame on you to the people who dont care that someone is in need of help.

Oh ya and I ate fairly good/ well maybe ok today =0)  Not a bad eating day. I can say that much as for ok or good well who knows where it fell. =0)

Ok I know what your thinking.  Wait, its not monday its wednesday.  This is true but I did weigh in on monday.  I just never got around to blogging it =)   On monday I was 112.8…. last monday I was 115… YAH  I actually lost weight.  I am super excited about that.

Monday was such an exciting day for me.  My Juice Plus arrived.  I started taking it on monday.  I am really excited about it.  I expected not to notice anything for a while as it takes time, but something I have noticed immidiately.. is my headaches.  For the last month or two I have been having headaches every afternoon without fail I dont know why.  But Monday and Tuesday and Wednesday since I have been taking it I havent had any headaches.  I dont know if its just because it I am finally get the nutrition my body wanted that it wasnt getting before. But whatever the reason I am oh so greatful.

I am finding just taking the juice plus has helped me stay on track.  It is that constant reminder that I am improving my health.  That my health matters.  If it didnt matter I wouldnt being making such and effort to invest in this product.

Today is day  4 since I started focusing on my health again.  I am really proud of myself.  Last night and the night before I went to sleep slightly hungry.  I ate my dinner and made the choice to not eat again that night.  Which for those of you that dont know is a weakness off mine.  But for 2 nights now I have been able to make the better choice and tell my body the new way it is going to be.  I did steal a sneak peek at the scale today but since its not my weigh in day I cant record it yet.  Hopefully I can keep up the good work. 

My current worries :  I usually walk every morning with my mom as my exercise, but she went out of town for 12 days.  She comes home and I leave out of town for a week 1 or 2 days later.  So I know that we wont be walking together for 3 solid weeks.  I constantly have in the back of my mind that I need to continue if for no other reason that I dont dye when she gets back and kicks by butt when she wants to walk.  SHE WALKS SOOOOOO FAST…

Its been a long time since I have journaled on this site and decided that maybe its time I do again.  I have been faithfully reading Karens blogs but I next to never got involved in the conversations or advice columns. 

Why? Oh you already know Karen, I have gained all the weight and then some back. 

It sucks, I have been pouting finally decided I have to stop pouting and just move on no matter what I might weigh or look like.  Life is too short to sulk forever.

I relate to you alot Karen, I am in a very similar boat.  I know what I am suppose to do to change my image and health but do I care enough to do it? Apparently not.
